Luigi Salvaneschi Endowed Scholarship

The Luigi Salvaneschi Endowed Scholarship was created to help poor students who are proposing to benefit others by devoting themselves to the teaching profession. This fund will recognize outstanding students with financial need who show courage and determination in pursuing their education goals and overcoming great hardship and who represent their families’ first generation attending college.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be full-time undergraduate students currently enrolled at or admitted to attend the University
  • Have a 3.0 or greater cumulative GPA
  • Demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Barry University Office of Financial Aid and based on the FAFSA form completion and review

NOTE: Preference will be given to students pursuing an education major and/or students who represent their families’ first generation attending college.
