Professor Neill Miller Endowed Scholarship

The Professor Neil Miller Endowment Scholarship was established to memorialize the caring and dedication of Neill M. Miller and provide financial assistance to students in the human performance, exercise-related or sports management curriculum.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior student at the University majoring in a human performance, exercise-related or sports management curriculum
  • Have a 3.25 or greater cumulative GPA
  • Demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Barry University Office of Financial Aid and based on the FAFSA form completion and review
  • Submit an essay articulating how you intend to manifest in your life the values of the University
  • Provide a minimum of two (2) recommendations from University faculty

NOTE: Preference will go to candidates who have demonstrated service, leadership, and commitment to the University community through excellence in volunteerism and/or service learning.
